Company OS Demo: connected processes in Fibery
This is my demonstration Company Operating System. It shows how I connect processes, data, roles, calculations and management reporting.
The challenge: close gaps between HR, Payroll and Finance
In a disconnected model, each change has to be repeated manually, from the employee record to the payroll spreadsheet and cost report. In the Demo, I built a shared model whose processes use connected source data.
How the solution works
01 · One source — Employee 360°
The employee record connects to company structure and the manager. Workflows and permissions are built on these relationships.
02 · Leave request → approval → balance
An employee creates a request. Approval changes the workflow state, and absence data feeds balances and calculations according to defined rules.
03 · Payroll → employee cost → payslip
Earnings are combined into payroll calculations; the data feeds employee cost and individual payslips.
04 · Payment request → allocation → financial actuals
A transaction’s purpose and its links to owners and categories make the data usable in management accounting.
05 · Budget → actuals → P&L
Connected indicators make it possible to compare budgets and actuals and trace the components of management results.
What the Demo demonstrates
The evidence is the model itself and the ability to follow each process step. The Demo is not a client case with measured savings; it does not substitute for quantified evidence of timing or impact.
My work in this example covers data architecture, process relationships, permissions, formulas, automations and reporting. In a meeting, I can show the source data and how changes affect later stages.
